The Lazer Tracker always shows you where your forks are at. It works very well for me because I know exactly where to position my forks and forklift in order to pick up a pallet. I have damaged zero product since I was given the Lazer Tracker to use. It just makes things a bit less stressful for me. It is easy to maintain and I have only forgotten to charge the battery once. After that I have always remembered to charge it because I hated driving without it on.

Being a journeyman warehousemen with 20 years lift truck experience when I was first approached with the idea of a laser to guide the forks, I was not impressed. Having had the opportunity now to drive with the laser on, WOW!!. I have apprentice level drivers who were causing a lot of fork damage. The damage is no longer an issue. This is an investment which has paid for itself in my warehouse in less than one month's time. I personally would recommend it to anyone who has any forklift damage. This is a sure fire method to identify the exact location of fork tips, I have found it to work at any height, overhead work becoming especially helpful.

What it does is increase your ability to unload product without damage. It eliminates all blind spots. In fact, the worse the lighting the better it works. The accuracy part of this piece of equipment is unbelievable. You simply can't miss a pick up. All of our drivers really like using the Lazer Tracker. It really helps when we are picking orders high up in racks. We are experiencing a lot less damage to product from spearing it with the forks.
